From September 2019, Roswel has become a distributor of Salus controls Netherlands. We have been working with Salus for several years and this good experience with Salus control systems has led us to take the path as a distributor. Salus Controls has been nominated by a professional jury for the VSK Awards 2020 with the THB Automatic Balancing Valve. The THB is a thermal adjustment controller for controlling underfloor heating installations. The THB Automatic Balancing Valve constantly measures the temperature differences within the heating system. This means that within an underfloor heating system it knows where heat is needed and where not and can monitor the balance. This causes the floor to heat more evenly, resulting in higher comfort and energy savings. The jury believes it is important to reward accessible tools for water-side adjustment. Every installer can get started with this. Balancing existing central heating installations is a shortcut to energy savings and comfort and a promising market for installation companies that delve into this. A solution that is very suitable for the private residential market and can also be connected to an existing underfloor heating system.
